GHO Saturday Run

Let’s go!! We are going to start our run tomorrow morning from GH downtown.
Meet us at 7 for the group picture. Then we will bebop down to Birdland and back. Mileage is between 4.5-5 miles. Brad and I are looking forward to seeing all our running friends (new and old) and Chris.
Most of us will be doing coffee at Shadrachs underground afterwards.
If you need more miles than we are offering or want to do less, no problem. Just adjust your run accordingly.
We hope to see all of you bright and early.
One last thing and this is the most important: ALL paces are welcomed!
Just show up and move your legs.
