Public Joliet and State of IL Property / Propiedad Publica de Joliet y estate de IL

Join other community members, Joliet Mayor Terry D’arcy and State Senator Rachel Ventura in discussing the future of a 100 acre property on Louis Ray Dr. Currently and for the past 6 years this public property is locked for our community to use allowing only a select group of Disc Golfers to have exclusive use without any oversight. This select group has been given access by the city of joliet to the property which they have created a deforestation, draining of wetlands, among other things without paying anything, requesting permits, or making any public announcements to the community about what is happening. Mayor D’arcy has stopped any further actions on the property and it’s time for ALL IL residents especially Joliet to be heard, these are your tax dollars. It is time for the community to take back its property and for everyone to be heard.

Acompaña a otros miembros de la comunidad, al Alcalde de Joliet Terry D’arcy y Senadora estatal Rachel Ventura a dicutir el futuro de la propiedad de 100 acres por la Calle Louis Ray Dr. Actualmente y por los ultimos 6 años la propiedad a sido cerrada con candado para nuestra comunidad y solo un grupo selecto de jugadores de golf de platillo a sido permitido por la ciudad donde an cortado muchisimos arboles, drenaron pantanos que son protegidos, y mucho mas sin pagar nada, sin obtener permisos, o notificar a la comunidad y sin ninguna vigilancia donde pueden hacker lo que quieran. El alcalde ya paro cualquier avance en la propiedad y ahora es tiempo que TODOS los residentes de IL en especial Joliet hagan que su voz sea escuchada, estos son sus taxes y es tiempo de recobrar nuestra propiedad para nuestra comunidad
