Board Breaking Seminar with Grandmaster Jeff Smith!

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced martial artist, we welcome special guest Grandmaster Jeff Smith from Sterling, VA, to teach us the skills World Champions use to break boards like a Champion!

9:30am-10:45am - Basic Level White Belts - Hi Yellow Belts
11:00am-12:15pm - Basic Level Jr. Orange Belts & up/ Level 1
12:30pm-1:45pm - Levels 2, Level 3, School Black Belts, Black Belts, CHKD
