Our Women’s Self-Defense Workshop is a focused, practical training designed to help women feel safer, more capable, and more confident in real-world situations. You’ll learn simple, effective techniques, situational awareness, and how to respond under pressure—no experience required.

Cost: $50
Who: Women 16 & up (ages 13+ may attend with an adult)
What to bring: Comfortable workout clothes and water
