Prepared Childbirth Class

Are you expecting a little one soon? Join our Prepared Childbirth Class!

The class is led by experienced educators that review the labor process, help inform and teach about healthy coping techniques, and provide education about medical interventions, pain management options, and what to expect during your postpartum experience.

The Prepared Childbirth Class is held on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Thursday of the month from 6 - 8 pm at the Maternity Department (5th floor) at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center.
