Spending time in nature offers numerous benefits, including improved attention, reduced stress, and enhanced mood. While many of us walk outdoors for exercise, we often overlook the subtle beauty around us, distracted by thoughts of the past or future. This workshop encourages participants to slow down, connect with the present moment, and appreciate the details of nature. Rather than focusing on photography techniques, the workshop emphasizes a nature-based creative activity designed to promote well-being and artistic exploration. The total distance round-trip will be approximately 2.3 miles.
