Adult Contemporary Dance-Log Art Dance

Contemporary Dance is all about moving with freedom, creativity, and a little bit of magic. This class mixes the best parts of modern, jazz, ballet, and improvisation to help you explore your own unique style. Get ready to dive into smooth, stretchy movement, powerful leaps, expressive storytelling, and grounding techniques that make you feel connected to the music—and the floor! Through playful exercises, dynamic combinations, and guided improv, you’ll build strength, flexibility, and confidence while discovering how fun it is to dance with feeling. Prepare to bring your energy and imagination!
