Whether you know him from Red Oak, Winterset or Des Moines; from his younger years, the Fire Department, or his demo derby days; whether you've met him through one of us kids, you've become one of his bonus kids, have spent hours next to him on a barstool at Carl's, ridden bicycles alongside him, or shared a beer with him on some damn random bike trail somewhere across the state of Iowa ~ you're invited!
For 80 years, OMR has brought smiles, laughter and happiness to so many people. Let's come together and show him just how much of an impact he's made over the years.
Stop by for a quick hello, stay for a drink {or two}, or join us for the entire day. This will be a very casual, come-and-go-as-you-can kind of celebration.

We'll start the celebration in the back room of Doc's Lounge in Johnston

We'll move down the street to Backroads Lounge (Johnston) and stay until Dad is ready to head home
