Little Yogis

Join us for a morning yoga flow! Kids and caregivers will flow through a short yoga class, with a story. Together you will learn simple yoga poses, mindfulness techniques, and movement games.

Yoga mats will be available, but feel free to bring your favorite from home!

Perfect for toddlers and Pre-K, but all elementary school-aged children are welcome!
