It’s very easy to get stuck in the grieving process.
Just living day to day feels like you’re just going through the motions and not truly enjoying life because a piece of you is missing.
A quiet loneliness that no one asks about.
Grief doesn’t follow a schedule.
It doesn’t disappear after the funeral.
And it doesn’t always look like tears.
Sometimes it looks like exhaustion.
Sometimes it looks like silence.
Sometimes it looks like someone trying very hard to appear okay.

You are human.

This is going to be a twice monthly meeting.

Meditation Circle is $10 There is no cost for the grief support circle. You may attend either separately, we are happy to offer support that is most comfortable for you.
