Mended Hearts

UHS Heart & Vascular Services will host a meeting of the local Mended Hearts chapter on the 2nd Tuesday of every other month from 5:15-6:15pm.

Mended Hearts is a patient support group that offers hope and educates patients about cardiovascular health and empowers them as they manage a heart-healthy lifestyle.

The meeting will be held at the UHS Heart & Vascular Institute, 30 Harrison St. (enter via Hudson Street), Johnson City. Take the elevator to the second floor, enter the office and proceed left to the waiting room.

Join us and make a difference in the lives of heart disease patients and their families.

The meeting is free and open to the public. Registration for this event is not required.
