"You Don't Have to Pass it Down" Mom's Group

Motherhood is beautiful...and it can also bring up old patterns, critical voices, and family cycles we swore we’d never repeat.

This weekly support circle is a safe, nonjudgmental space for moms to:

- Understand how stress and your nervous system show up in daily parenting
- Explore the “inner critic” and patterns passed down from your own upbringing
- Learn simple, grounding tools to respond differently — with compassion for yourself and your kids
- Connect with other moms who get it (no makeup, no pressure, just real talk)
You don’t have to carry the weight of guilt, shame, or impossible expectations. You don’t have to pass it down.
