* La Croisade de la vive pâture - Futurology of Cooperation *
~Jeu coopératif rétro-futuriste inspiré des Jeux de Rôles Grandeur Nature.~
1282. Au large d’Ostende et de Westende, l’île de Testerep abrite des petites communautés de pêche et de culture. Les dunes s’y déplacent en dansant. Les schorres, terres marécageuses, changent de dessins au gré des tempêtes et des marées. On y élève paisiblement des agnelles de prés salés, on y récolte le goémon et l’argousier. Un siècle plus tard, l’île sera engloutie, victime de la poldérisation intensive pratiquée par l’abbaye. Et si nous retournions au 13ème siècle, pour empêcher les moines d’aplatir la dune et de transformer l'horizon en ligne droite ?
Boostés par trois jours de partage et de fabrication artisanale de savoirs, inventons-nous des personnages aussi remontés que le temps et faisons l'expérience d'un médiévalisme freestyle.
Futurology of Cooperation (BE) & guests
Anna Czapski et Diederik Peeters forment un binôme de recherches sage et fou qui collecte hacke et transmet des techniques pour voyager dans le temps, goûter d'autres manières de vivre, créer en collectif en conviant artistes et non artistes. Iels ont piloté le projet Futurology of Cooperation en bande organisée et iels démarrent une nouvelle recherche sur les Jeux de Rôle Grandeur nature. Pour La Croisade de la vive pâture, iels seront aidé·es d'Aurel Leforestier et Emmanuelle Nizou.
Anna Czapski est poète et dramaturge. Après avoir dirigé des projets culturels (tiers-lieu, festival) avec un penchant pour l’utopie et le plein-air, Anna pratique le doux détournement de méthodes (intelligence collective, futurologie) pour créer des situations malicieuses entre travail d’équipe et poésie de groupe.
Malgré un diplôme en arts visuels, c'est surtout dans les écuries des arts de la scène que Diederik Peeters s'est perdu. Il y a commis plusieurs spectacles et performances, dans lesquels la notion d'une réalité solide et immuable est joyeusement sabotée.

Cet événement a lieu dans le cadre de Feral, un festival qui porte une réflexion sur les urgences politiques et sociales d’aujourd’hui et leur prise en main par les artistes. Il s’agit d’un programme d’interventions et de rencontres artistiques qui viennent influer de l’art le quotidien bruxellois. Feral peut s’inviter sur un bateau, dans une ferme, une piscine ou un ancien monastère. C’est un festival urbain, interstitiel, périphérique et féral.

* The Grazing Crusade - Futurology of Cooperation *
~Retro-futuristic cooperative game inspired by Live-Action Role-Play.~
1282. Off the coast of Ostend and Westend, the island of Testerep is home to small fishing and farming communities. The dunes move as they dance. The schorres, marshlands, change their patterns according to the storms and tides. Salt meadow lambs are peacefully reared here, and seaweed and sea buckthorn are harvested. A century later, the island is swallowed up, a victim of the intensive impoldering carried out by the abbey. What if we went back to the 13th century, to stop the monks flattening the dune and turning the horizon into a straight line?
Boosted by three days of sharing and crafting knowledge, let's invent furious characters and experience freestyle medievalism.
Futurology of Cooperation (BE) & guests
Anna Czapski and Diederik Peeters form a wise and crazy research duo that collects, hacks and transmits techniques to travel through time, testing other ways of living, and creating collectively by inviting artists and non-artists. They lead the Futurology of Cooperation project with accomplices and are starting up a new research project on Live Action Role Play. For the The Grazing Crusade, they will be assisted by Aurel Leforestier and Emmanuelle Nizou.
Anna Czapski is a poet and playwright. After directing cultural projects (alternative institutions, festivals) with a love for utopia and the outdoors, Anna has turned her hand to the gentle misuse of methods (collective intelligence, futurology) to create mischievous situations combining teamwork and group poetry.
Despite a degree in visual arts, Diederik Peeters has mainly lost his way in the stables of performing arts. He has commited several shows and performances in which the notion of a solid and immutable reality is joyfully subverted.
