Chocolate & Chakras Workshop

Did you know there are 7 energy centers, or chakras, of the body that correspond to our mood, emotions, ailments, strengths and overall well-being? Join Talia at Quest Studio for our 4th annual guided chakra meditation and gentle yoga flow to balance your energy. Each chakra will be paired with a chocolate treat to complement each energy center. The workshop includes a chakra balancing yoga class & meditation, chocolate truffles and a chocolate shot glass homemade by Chocolate Creations to enjoy with a drink of your choice. Event is (BYOB) - we recommend a flavored wine or liquor to pair with your shot glass and truffles. Class and meditation will run about 90 minutes with time for reflection and discussion after as you enjoy your chocolates. Class is Friday, February 13 from 6:00pm - 8:00pm. Cost is $35 per person. Only 22 spots available. Class is located at our new combined studio at 325 3rd Ave Jessup, PA.
