About the event

Praying in Our Current Secular Age
Praying in Our Current Secular Age
On Monday evening, December 29th, Rabbi “Yitz” Greenberg and Rabbi Elie Holzer will present their views on praying in the current secular age. Building on his recent book, The Triumph of Life, Yitz will discuss the implications for prayer of a dynamic covenant -- in which human beings take on greater responsibility. Elie will explore a prayer philosophy attuned to our post-secular age.

Free copies of The Triumph of Life will be available for the first 25 attendees. Additional copies of the book and order forms (including a discount) for Elie’s recent book, Renewed Hasidism will be available following the program.

The program will be held at Shir Hadash, which is located at Yakov Rubin Street #1, in Jerusalem, and will begin at 19:30.
