Join us for our September GATHER & PRESERVE workshop, we will spend the morning foraging for late summer berries, edible tree leaves & fruits, and wild edible plants.
Chloe from @foragetunbridgewells will be with us again to share her amazing knowledge and teach us everything there is to know about wild edibles and how and where to pick them.
After our group foraging session we’ll head to Wild Health HQ for a seasonal feast prepared with all the goodies you will have learnt about.
After lunch we will have a hands on workshop where we will learn preserving, fermenting and pickling techniques - to give us the skills to continue getting the health benefits from these amazing foods throughout the Winter.
We can also make wild alcohol infusions (sloe gin, hawthorn whiskey, blackberry vodka) so bring along a bottle of your favourite tipple if you want to create an infusion for the Winter months.
