Gator Pit BBQ Cooking Class

Beef Brisket, Chicken, Pork Ribs, Sides, Desserts. All foods are prepped from scratch. Students are encouraged to participate in food prep, cooking, fire management. Two Pitmasters, Ritch and Kirk cook all foods on a traditional Texas real wood smoker. More details at link provided below.
