We’re opening the full Weller lineup for an intimate whiskey tasting dinner at The Roxy — including the ultra-rare Weller CYPB (Craft Your Perfect Bourbon). A wheated bourbon designed by whiskey lovers, aged 8 years and bottled at a perfect 95 proof, it’s one of the hardest bottles to find and we’re pouring it just for you.

Alongside these legendary pours, we’ll be serving other standout whiskeys and crafted cocktails, paired with a chef-driven dinner in our Art Deco dining room.
