Parent Networking Night Refund Policy

We’re excited to welcome you to our Haunted Lab Parent Networking Night—an evening of connection, creativity, and a sneak peek inside Dr. Grimm’s Lab! To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, please review our refund policy below.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Full Refund: Requests made at least 72 hours before the event (by Monday, October 13 at 6 PM) will receive a full refund.
• Credit Option: Cancellations made within 48–72 hours of the event (October 14–15) will receive a credit toward a future Hub event of equal value.
• No Refunds: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event (after October 14 at 6 PM) or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

Event Changes

• If the Hub must reschedule or cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund or event credit, whichever they prefer.

Transfer Policy

• Tickets are transferable to another guest by emailing Programs@gottagogaminghub.com at least 24 hours before the event.
