Refund Policy

Friday Night Lights Refund Policy

At The Hub, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to provide flexibility while ensuring a smooth experience for all participants.

Refunds & Cancellations

• Full Refund: Requests made at least 72 hours before the event start time will receive a full refund.
• Partial Refund (Credit Only): Cancellations made within 48–72 hours of the event will receive a credit toward a future Friday Night Lights or similar Hub event.
• No Refunds: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event or for no-shows cannot be refunded or credited.

Event Rescheduling

• If The Hub must reschedule or cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inclement weather, facility issues, or low enrollment), all registered participants will receive a full refund or credit, whichever they prefer.

Transfer Option

• You may transfer your ticket to another guest (same age group) by emailing info@gottagogaminghub.com at least 24 hours before the event.

Special Note

• Friday Night Lights events often include limited seating and gaming capacity. To ensure fairness for all participants, we strictly adhere to these timelines.
