This 1-hour gentle somatic workshop is designed to help you recognize where betrayal may still be living in your system — not to dwell, but to reclaim. To soften the grip of old stories, and come back to a version of self-trust that feels embodied and real.
Whether betrayal came from a parent, a friend, a lover, a coworker — or from within — we’ll explore how it might still be playing out now: in your relationships, your reactions, your silence, or your self-doubt.
