Trauma can live quietly in the body for years, shaping how we breathe, move, and feel. In this gentle yet powerful two-hour workshop, we will explore practices designed to help you safely release stored tension and emotional residue, creating space for deep rest and renewal.
Guided by principles from somatic movement, mindful breathing, and trauma-informed yoga, you’ll be invited into a slow-paced flow that emphasizes grounding, safety, and self-compassion.
We will weave together:
Gentle movement and asanas to unlock held patterns in muscles and fascia.
Breathwork techniques to quiet the mind and soothe the nervous system.
Restorative postures to invite deep release and stillness.
Guided meditation and Yoga Nidra (deep rest) to reconnect with inner presence and reset the nervous system.
This workshop is suitable for all levels and especially welcoming to those navigating stress, anxiety, or past trauma. No prior yoga experience is required. Come as you are, and leave feeling lighter, more connected, and more at peace in your own body.
