Can you believe it’s already November and the holidays are just around the corner? Have you figured out your plans, visitors, meals, events, and gifts? Do you feel stressed just thinking about it, even though the holidays are supposed to be fun and memorable?
This special time of year is a season of celebration, and joy. It can also bring greater stress, busyness, and for some, even sadness.
One way to get through various stressful situations throughout the holiday season is to try meditation. Take refuge from the noise. Step outside the stress and into the studio to join Yoga West in a “Stress Less Holiday Meditation Challenge”.
For your convince, this meditations will be held twice a day for 30 minutes, 3 days a week beginning December 5th and ending Monday December 22nd.

Meditation is a direct experience of the uninterrupted moment we commonly call the NOW. In these mediations, you will not trying to get rid of or modify the experience. Instead you will remain open to the experience without separation from the movement of life itself.
There is no goal or destination. Sitting quietly, you will observe thoughts, emotions, sensations, sounds, image, and smells, appearing and disappearing as it has always done. You will remain in the boundless open space which allows everything without any resistance or interruptions.
