Ancient Redwoods at Jenner Headlands Preserve

Despite a century of logging operations, including clear-cutting, there remains reminders of the forest's original granduer. This 7 mile guided hike will take us to areas not normally open to the public to seek out the remaining old-growth and learn about our efforts to restore the forest and its important ecological functions.

• Good hiking footwear
• Water
• Lunch and snacks
• Weather appropriate clothing
• A layer to sit on as we will eat lunch in a meadow (ticks and moisture)
