About the event

Walking the Path: The Four Foundations of Mindfulness (5-Week Meditation Series)
Fall is upon us. It is time to reach deep within and lay the foundation for new beginnings through creating new patterns for growth. Understanding and applying the Four Foundations of Mindfulness is essential in sustaining a meditation practice. With such practices we cultivate inner wisdom and disciplines creating compassion, peace, and joy. Thus, enabling us to be happy,
healthy, and free.
In this class, we will explore the definition and applications of
Mindfulness as a meditation practice. Then, we will dive into the Four Foundations of Mindfulness: Mindfulness of Body, Mindfulness of Emotions, Mindfulness of Thought, and Mindfulness of Phenomena (Mind States).

When: Sundays: Sept. 21st & 28th, Oct. 5th, 12th, 19th
Investment: 1 hour, 45 minutes
