Hike Through History

Join a park ranger on a hike through history to celebrate Valles Caldera Fall Fiesta! Travel 12,000 years back in time to discover the ingenuity of the people of the past and how Valles Caldera remains a place that continues to inspire generation after generation. This will be a 2-mile hike on relatively flat ground. Please wear footwear suitable for gravel hiking and bring water.

Meet at the Volcano Discovery Center, located in the Cabin District.
