Yoga Fusion w/Debi

Tuesdays 10-11am at The Rose Center for Integrative Health in the Jemez Valley.

“Yoga Fusion” is a blending of gentle stretches interlaced with the modalities of Brain Gym, Energy Medicine, and Emotional Freedom Tapping with Vagus Nerve stimulation that promotes better brain/body connections for memory, focus, coordination and moving from a place of “effort” to a place of “ease,” sometimes within minutes! Beginners welcome.

Debi Peterson has been leading classes, retreats workshops and has had a private practice for over 20 years. She looks forward to sharing these easy to use techniques with you.
