Step onto the mat for a 5-week yoga journey — or drop in when you can! Each class is a complete 60-minute experience designed to build strength, balance, and calm, one breath at a time. Whether you're joining us for the full series or just one evening, you'll be guided through movement and breath to help you feel grounded, connected, and empowered. Every class includes easy and advanced options so you can move in a way that feels right for your body.

• A grounding warm-up to shift from thinking to feeling
• Flow-based sequences with standing, balancing, and seated poses
• Optional modifications and challenges for your body’s needs
• A calming cool-down and final deep rest (savasana)

• 350 DKK for the full 5-week series — best value if you're ready to commit
• 95 DKK per drop-in — great if you're curious, visiting, or easing back into yoga
(We recommend registering in advance to save your spot, but drop-ins are always welcome if there’s room.)

🧘♂️ What to bring:
A yoga mat and comfortable clothing. Optional props (block, towel, blanket) are welcome but not required. Don’t have a mat? Reach out, and we may have one available to borrow.
