Jeffreys Bay, a group of us will be doing a 15-minute lie down on Main Beach at 12:00, representing the 15 women killed every day in South Africa, and we would love for you to join if you have 15 minutes to spare. A bonus is you get to have a 15 min beach break from work💃🏻.
This is a moment to stand together, women, men, and children alike. It’s not women against men; it’s all of us taking a stand against violence and injustice. Men, your presence matters, showing support is powerful, meaningful, and something to be proud of.
Please wear all black.
We’ll have purple paint and ribbons for anyone who wants to use them.
Arrive 15 minutes early if you’d like some paint and time to get settled.
