Time: check in at 5:15
Bowling starts at 6pm
Average used will be your composite average in the book! No average we can go back 3 years for this! If nothing then scratch will be 220
Max average for anyone will be 225
No handicap involved it’s just you vs yourself kind of
Round 1: Each bowler would bowl 3 games
For example: Your avg is 206 then that’s means you would need to shoot 618 or higher to advance to the elimination rounds
Failure to bowl average you are out of the tournament after this round
Round 2 elimination rounds start and this is eliminator style with top half and ties moving on
One game with scores starting at 0
Goal is to shoot your average this round and the way to move on would almost be like golf style scoring
If you avg 206 you get plus 1 point for every pin you go over. For example shoot 218 you are +12 this round
If you are in the top half you move to the next round
Fail to shoot your avg you are automatically out unless we don’t have enough to fill our cashing ratio. the cash round based on a 1:5 cut
So say we pay 8 and only 7 qualify ?
If this is the case we would take the closest to even to get the final cash spot for this round
You would continue this process until we are down to 3 or 4 bowlers and that’s the final match
In the finals payouts would be based off your plus or minus score
Once you reach a cash round you will recieve payouts even if you don’t shoot your avg
