Prediabetes: The Road to Change...Adopting a Healthier Lifestyle

Are you at risk for developing diabetes? Deaconess Memorial Medical Center offers a class titled "Prediabetes: The Road to Change…. Adopting a Healthier Lifestyle". This class is designed to help lead you down the road to lifestyle changes in food/eating habits, physical activity, and weight loss, which can help play an important role in preventing prediabetes from progressing to type 2 diabetes. This class is facilitated by one of Deaconess Memorial Medical Center's registered dietitians.

The next support group will meet Friday, October 17, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. in the Mary Potter Meeting Room at Deaconess Memorial Medical Center, located at 800 W 9th St., Jasper. Cost of the class is $30.
