On the menu:

-A glass of bubbles (non alcoholic option available) & Truffle Parmesan upon arrival

-Vichyssoise (pronounced "VISH-ee-swahz") with Crème Fraîche, Crispy Prosciutto, and Fresh Chives

-Bœuf Bourguignonne in Pastry with Roasted Beet and Boursin Napoleon

-Dark Chocolate Pot de Crème with Sugared Raspberries and Chambord Pipette
