Lars Callieou's journey as a stand up comedian has taken him to the Just for Laughs Festival in Montréal and has earned him a 1-Hour comedy special airing on The Comedy Network. He has entertained the troops overseas an impressive five times in Kuwait, IRAQ, Kyrgyzstan, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Turkey and in Nunavut at Canadian Forces Station Alert. His comedic repertoire extends to the airwaves with appearances on CBC's Laugh Out Loud, Sirius/XM and in 2023 he was featured on a Just for Laughs Originals album recording. He has toured with such legends as Joan Rivers, Bob Saget, and Jeff Foxworthy, showcasing his ability to hold his own in company of comedy royalty.
Lars's international appeal is evidenced by nine consecutive appearances at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, his twice being named Best of the Fest at the SLO Comedy Festival in San Luis Obispo, California and, having sold out shows in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Singapore. With a wealth of comedic experience, Lars takes you on a comedic journey shaped by 22 years onstage spanning 26 countries, join him for a memorable tour of the world set to the soundtrack of laughter.
