Meal Prep Class for Student Athletes

Join us for this hands on class with meal prep tips using deli meat and veggies in multiple ways for a quick high-protein meal that will fuel the body before or after activity. Together we will prepare deli wraps, chef salads, and snack boxes. An Instant Pot demonstration will be included for hard boiled eggs to add to chef salads. Each participant will take one meal home with at the end of class free of charge. This free, hands-on class for Dubois County residents will be on Wednesday, September 24 from 5:30-6:30 ET at the Dubois County Health Department.
