We are celebrating 5 years of coordinating and supporting this event! Once again this year our firm is proud to coordinate and sponsor once again the Hamilton County Trunk or Treat in Downtown Jasper from 6 p.m. until dark on Saturday, October 25, 2025 on Central Avenue. This year we have numerous business sponsors and vendors who are attending. We have numerous citizens who have already committed to doing trunks and donating candy! Right now we have a taco truck, bounce house, snow cones, and frozen kid friendly drink vendors who are planning to attend. We are still looking for any others that may be interested. Vendors must obtain approval with the City Manager Mark Meyers at the City of Jasper before attending.
If you are interested in donating money for candy or actual candy, please contact our office. Candy drop off will be by Friday, October 18, 2024 at 12 p.m. at our Jasper Location, 440 15th Avenue SW, Jasper, Florida 32052. Deadline for donations for candy so it can be purchased in advance is Monday, October 20, 2025. Checks can be dropped off at Rickerson Legal Jasper office or paid by Cash app: $Sheena1717 or Venmo: @Tisheena-Rickerson.
We will have 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes for the best trunks this year. Our business sponsors will be assisting with judging and have donated gift cards or their services for these winners. More details will be forthcoming closer to the event as to the prizes. We have some good stuff lined up so far so everyone should bring their A game for the best trunk, a prize and bragging rights!
We look forward to seeing everyone in the community attend and the outlying cities of Jennings and White Springs are welcome! The more the merrier. We hope to grow the participation and attendance each year.
