Game Knight will host a Warhammer 40,000 tournament on October 11th in cooperation with the International Tournament Circuit and Unified Tournament Circuit! Information about the ITC may be found here:
https://www.frontlinegaming.org/community/frontline-gamings-independent-tournament-circuit/
This will be a prep tourney for the Hallowagh! GT in Princeton, IN on November 1-2, using their first day terrain and missions. Come get your reps in!
Format:
-$25.00 entry fee. $15.00 of the proceeds from the entry fee will be used to fund prize support, and the remainder will be used to provide pizza for the players and go into the shop's new tables and chairs fund.
-The tournament will be played in three rounds of three hours each using Swiss pairings.
-All rounds will be played using 2000 point lists. Players must submit lists in advance, and are encouraged to upload lists to Best Coast Pairings or failing that send them to Game Knight via Facebook message or e-mail prior to the tournament to permit vetting.
-No rules released after October 4th (Codexes, datasheets in new model releases, etc.) will be permitted in the tournament, to ensure all players and the organizers have time to familiarize themselves with the rules.
-The tournament will adhere to the latest FAQs for the game; these may be found here:
https://www.warhammer-community.com/faqs/
-Updated points costs and matched play mission rules in the Munitorum Manual and Chapter Approved Tournament Companion are in force.
-Matched play rules are in force. Armies must have at least one Character and otherwise no more than three of any datasheet or six of any battleline or dedicated transport.
-Missions will be mirrored from the Hallowagh GT's first day. The mission pack is here:

-Painting and basing your models is highly encouraged, but we do not remove eligibility for prize support for not doing so. However, What You See Is What You Get to a reasonable standard is required, and a fully painted army is worth ten Victory Points per round as defined in Chapter Approved.
-We adhere to the ITC Code of Conduct, found here:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1psolxaWoBvOFBlJW9sKvlInCiVY0b-Q3_UIyvS-wBWM/edit Repeated incidents of poor sportsmanship, defined as being verbally abusive, physically aggressive, more than 15 minutes late for a round, or knowingly cheating on a rule, will result in sanctions up to and including ejection from the tournament.
