PUZZLE SWAPPING!
We will have a dedicated area just for swapping! For every puzzle you drop off for the swap, you will be given a puzzle ticket, which is good for 1 puzzle in the swap area.
SELLING!
Participate in our one-of-a-kind Drop & Shop, or reserve one of our tables for selling. Please get in touch with us as there are limited quantities available for a $10.00 fee. If you are selling from your reserved table and taking payment, we will supply you with stickers to indicate that a purchase has been completed. ALL PUZZLES MUST BE PRE-PRICED.
UPDATE: All “single seller” tables have been reserved. However, we have lots of tables for the Drop & Shop that can be used for as many puzzles as you bring. You can take direct payment from those tables as well! Contact us with any questions.
WHAT IS THE COMMUNITY DROP & SHOP?
The Drop & Shop allows you to drop off your pre-priced puzzles and get right to shopping! All puzzles for the Community Drop & Shop need to be labeled (a small sticky note is recommended) with your name and price. You're free to do this ahead of time, or our volunteers will be able to help you when you arrive.
Drop & Shop sellers will fill out a Sellers Card. This is where we post your sticky note price tags as buyers check out. Before you leave, come to the checkout table and get paid for the puzzles you sold!
BUYING!
Bring lots of small bills as this is mostly a cash event! Individual sellers can take payment any way they choose (Venmo, Credit Card etc.), but the community Drop & Shop is CASH ONLY.
RAFFLE PRIZES!
All participants can get their name on 1 raffle ticket. Art & Fable Puzzles will be raffled off at 1:30, 2, & 2:30, right before we clear the room before the dollar sale!
DOLLAR SALE!
At approximately 2:45, any puzzle left on the Swap Table or the Drop & Shop Tables will be sold for $2.00. Proceeds will be used to offset the cost of this event.
Abandoned puzzles will be taken to a senior center or saved for the swap table next year.
SPEED PUZZLING COMPETITION:
New this year, we are excited to try our hand at a friendly speed puzzling competition! The competition will be held directly after the Swap & Sale, starting around 3:15 pm. There is no charge to spectate.
There will be two heats: a children's and an adult's. The children's pairs will compete on a 200-piece Masterpiece puzzle and cost $20 per team. There are 10 spots available.
The adult pairs competition will be completing a 500-piece Art & Fable puzzle. It costs $25 a pair to compete. Each team will get to keep their competition puzzle, and an additional copy will be available to purchase if both team members would like a copy. There are 10 spots available.
