Summer Sound Bath

Join me for a relaxing one-hour beachside crystal bowl sound bath to soak in the beauty of summer and connect with community. We’ll begin with a short guided meditation, then rest and receive the calming vibrations of crystal sound bowls with the soothing ocean as our backdrop.

Bring a blanket or mat, cozy layers, bug spray, and water—anything to help you feel comfortable and grounded. All are welcome.
