On Wednesday, September 24th, at Labyrinth Press Co./Brazil Lounge, Loretta Cheney will facilitate a unique gathering for those interested in a taboo topic, death. Quench your thirst, satisfy your appetite and nourish your curiosity over conversations about death and dying. Nothing is off limits! If numbers are large, we will break into smaller groups, for more intimate discussions, facilitated by the drawing of question cards from our Death Deck (if needed).
Starting @ 5:30, bring your thoughts, questions, fears, experiences, etc., to contribute to this intriguing conversation. This conversation is free; food and drink are not. No registration necessary. It is important to note this is not a bereavement or grief counseling event, though sometimes tears are shared.
Loretta Cheney is a K-12 Certified Art Teacher, Potter, Death Doula, Member of the Seneca Nation of Indians, and a Certified Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher.
