Basic Kayak Rescues - Pool Class

Join us from the comfort of an indoor heated pool to learn and practice basic kayak rescues (how to get back in your kayak from the water after a capsize). This session will introduce you to both self and assisted kayak recoveries, and help you gain confidence for open water paddling. We will work on the following skills: Wet exits, paddle float self recovery and variants, t-rescue and variants.
