Norrlandsoperans Symfoniorkester gästar Schaumansalen under ledning av dirigenten Zoi Tsokanou. Tillsammans med violinsolisten Alexandra Conunova framför de Brahms violinkonsert i D-dur. På programmet står även Dvoráks nionde symfoni ”Från nya världen” samt Britta Byströms verk A Walk to Brahms. Konserten är ett nordiskt samarbete mellan Arctic Music Circles, Schaumansalen och Norrlandsoperan och möjliggörs med finansiering från Interreg Aurora.

Norrlandsoperanin Sinfoniaorkesteri vierailevat Schaumansalissa ja esiintyvät kapellimestari Zoi Tsokanoun johdolla. Yhdessä viulusolisti Alexandra Conunovan kanssa esittävät Brahmsin viulukonserton D-duurissa. Konsertin muut teokset ovat Dvorákin yhdeksäs sinfonia ”Uudesta maailmasta” sekä Britta Byströmin teos A Walk to Brahms. Konsertti toteutetaan pohjoismaisena yhteistyönä Arctic Music Circlesin, Schaumansalin ja Norrlandsoperanin kanssa Interreg Auroran rahoittamana.

The Symphonic orchestra of Norrlandsoperan are visiting the Schauman Hall under the baton of Zoi Tsokanou. Together with soloist Alexandra Conunova they will be performing Brahms violin concerto in D major. Other works of the evening are Dvoráks ninth symphony “From the New World” as well as Britta Byströms piece A Walk to Brahms. The concert is an international nordic co-production between Arctic Music Circles, Schauman Hall and Norrlandsoperan made possible with financial support from Interreg Aurora.
