Refund Policy

Marathon Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All registrations for the marathon are considered final. By completing your registration, you agree to the terms of this refund policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

• Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund available if the event is more than 30 days away.
• After 7 days of purchase: No refunds will be issued, except in special circumstances (see Section 4).
• Less than 30 days before the event: No refunds under any circumstances.

3. Transfer or Deferral

If you are unable to participate:

• Transfer to another runner: Allowed until 14 days before the event. A transfer fee may apply.
• Deferral to next year: Allowed only if requested at least 21 days before the event.

4. Special Circumstances

Partial or full refunds may be considered for:

• Serious medical conditions (doctor’s note required)
• Military deployment
• Event organizer errors

All special circumstance requests will be reviewed individually.

5. Event Cancellation

If the marathon is canceled due to weather, safety issues, or circumstances beyond our control:

• Organizers may offer a partial refund, race credit, or deferral at their discretion.

6. No-Show Policy

Participants who do not attend the event are not eligible for refunds, credits, or transfers.
