Refund Policy

1. Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Once purchased, tickets cannot be returned, exchanged, or transferred to another event.

2. Event Cancellation

If the event is canceled by the organizer, a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

3. Event Postponement / Rescheduling

If the event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date.

If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 7 days of the announcement.

4. No-Show Policy

Refunds will not be provided to attendees who fail to attend the event.

5. Transfer of Tickets

If allowed by the organizer, tickets may be transferred to another person by contacting the support team at least 48 hours before the event.

6. Force Majeure

In case of circumstances beyond the organizer’s control (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.), the organizer reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the event. Refunds in such cases will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
