Let's Beat Diabetes

Class announcement - Jaffrey, NH on Saturday, November 1st -
At least 15% of US adults have diabetes, and more than 1/3 have pre-diabetes. Though managing diabetes is often the goal presented by medical professionals, diabetes can be prevented and often even reversed by diet and lifestyle changes. In an interactive, 2-hour Food For Life Diabetes Initiative class I am offering, participants can be empowered with knowledge, tools, and lifestyle strategies to help them reduce their risk of developing diabetes, and to feel better and reduce the need for medication even after it has been diagnosed.
