Step into a swirling world where color, creativity, and connection collide. At Kaleidoscope Bazaar, we gather under the vast desert sky to celebrate the wild, the whimsical, and the wonderful. Inspired by the ever-shifting patterns of a kaleidoscope, this is a marketplace of dreams — a vibrant exchange of art, music, storytelling, and spontaneous magic.

Here, nothing is bought or sold — everything is gifted. Lanterns flicker like fireflies, flags dance in the warm breeze, and every corner offers a new discovery: handmade treasures, enchanting performances, and unexpected moments of wonder. Come gift a story, share a song, revel in laughter or pause for a poem. Dress in your most radiant colors, embody your most playful spirit, and lose yourself in the fractal beauty of the Bazaar.

Please read the following VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION about YOUtopia 2025.

Please remember to print your ticket and sign the . When you're packing for YOUtopia, don't forget to include the signed copy and your valid photo ID showing your date of birth! If you do not have a valid ID, we suggest getting one before the event. You will not be admitted to the event without these items.

ALL persons entering the event need a ticket. MINORS 17 years of age and under on October 15, 2025 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. There are FREE tickets for participants 14 and under. If you are bringing minors to the event, please print and sign the and the (minors will need children's tickets which are also available on the website at ) and bring those with you as well. When you reach the gate, you will need to stop and see the nice folks at Ticketing so they can take a family photo and give everyone matching wristbands. Awww. This process will flow far more smoothly if you already have the waivers filled out and signed before arriving at Gate.

The name on the ticket you are using to enter the event MUST match the name on your photo ID. If the names do not match, please resolve that issue before you leave home. It is quite possible that you will have little to no connectivity at this venue.

You may sell your ticket at face value. If you sell your ticket, you will need to change the attendee information in Eventbrite to match the buyer’s ID. (See below for instructions on how to do that.) If the ticket information is not changed prior to the event, things can get very messy at the gate. Don't be that guy - change the name on the ticket!

All people and vehicles entering YOUtopia are subject to search. Please do not bring any lasers, weapons, or furry non-humanoid critters. YOUtopia is a LEAVE NO TRACE event, so plan to pack out what you pack in.

Reselling Tickets

Make sure to access your Eventbrite account through your system browser. This option doesn’t exist on their app, unfortunately.

1. Log in to your with the email address and password you used at the time you registered. (If you forgot your password – just select Forgot your password.)

2. Click on your Profile at the TOP RIGHT of the screen, and use the dropdown menu to select Tickets. Select Upcoming Events and then your YOUtopia order. This brings up your tickets so you can view or print them.

3. To change the name on a ticket in your order (Transfer), select EDIT. Change the name AND email on the ticket being edited to match the new participant and then SAVE the changes at the BOTTOM of the page! SCROLL ALL THE WAY TO THE BOTTOM TO SAVE!

PLEASE NOTE: Only the person who originally purchased the ticket from Eventbrite can edit the ticket information.

If you do not know who the original ticket holder is

Send an email to and include the following information:

· Full legal name of seller

· Full legal name of buyer

· Email addresses of seller and buyer

· Order number

If you are having issues with the process of editing ticket information, ask yourself the following questions before contacting Eventbrite or YOUtopia:

1. Did I change the name AND email address to match the new participant’s information?

2. Did I scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and click SAVE after inputting the new participant’s info?

3. Am I the original purchaser of this ticket from the Eventbrite site?

If you answered NO to Questions 1 and/or 2, please take the appropriate actions that will allow you to answer YES!

If you answered NO to Question 3, contact the original purchaser of the ticket and ask them to edit the information on the order. If you don’t know who that person is, send an email to that includes the names and email addresses of the buyer and seller as well as the order number and we will try to help you out.

Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds available. At all. For any reason. Period.
