The best trivia in town at the best little pub in the cane fields!
Come on out every Thursday night with your friends to experience the best trivia game show in the cane fields of Jacobs Well and it's called QuizXpress. What makes this trivia night completely different to anything else you have experienced is because it is played with wireless buzzers, so that means no pens and no paper.
A typical trivia night at the Jacobs Well Bayside Tavern consists of fun and exciting trivia rounds that require you to buzz in your answer to questions you see up on the big screens around the venue. There is a countdown timer, which means you only have a limited time to deliberate with your team and buzz in your answer before the clock expires. In some rounds the longer you wait to buzz in your answers the less points that are available to win. This makes the trivia night even more suspenesful and exciting.
During the trivia night, you'll get to play a Jeopardy round which allows you to see the question category for example: Sports or History. As a team you can then decide whether you feel this a category your combined knowledge as a team is strong in and if it is, you may want to risk more points. Once you lock in the amount of points you want to play for, you then wait in suspense to see the question and whether you have taken to much risk or not, because answering incorrectly will see you lose those points but answer correctly and it could be just what you need to leap from the other teams.
As the trivia game show continues throughout the night, you'll play many other exciting rounds such as Fastest Finger, Last Man Standing, Trivia ladder and more! There is also a live scoreboard so you can see where your team is positioned on the leaderboard.
