Fire Service Master Plan Public Input Session

Onslow County is hosting a Fire Service Master Plan Public Input Session, inviting the community to share their thoughts about fire service in the County. The event begins at 7PM on Thursday, October 23 in the newly renovated Emergency Operations Center at 1180 Commons Drive North in Jacksonville.

This public input session is focus group style, encouraging community members to share opinions on the current strengths and weaknesses of the fire system. Onslow County contracted Mission CIT, LLC, a nationally recognized leader in providing first responder training and education, to facilitate this process.

For those unable to attend this session there are more ways to provide input. A citizen survey is available online at www.OnslowCountyNC.gov/FireSurvey and representatives will be at various community events in the upcoming weeks to receive survey responses in person.
