Sushi

If you’re a sushi lover, you won’t want to miss this class! So, head to JAX Cooking Studio and learn how to roll your very own sushi! In this fun hands-on class, you will learn to roll sushi on mat, to use tempura batter to fry, and to artfully plate your sushi. With a little practice and our chef’s helpful hints, you will learn how easy it is to make sushi in your own kitchen! Complimentary wine is available to adults during the cooking experience.

Menu:
*Smoked Salmon Roll — Simple yet delicious smoked salmon with cream cheese and cucumber
California Roll with Pickled Daikon — Krab, cucumber, avocado, and pickled daikon radish
*Spicy Tuna Mango Roll — Tuna with mango, asparagus, and avocado, topped with sliced jalapeno & sriracha mayo
Tempura Vegetables — Assorted vegetables lightly fried and served with yum yum sauce
Japanese House Salad — Often served at Hibachi restaurants, with a delightful ginger dressing
