Dim Sum, meaning “snack” in Chinese, is a meal consisting of small plates such as bang bang shrimp and summer rolls. Join us for a fun evening learning how to create some Dim Sum favorites. From dumplings to drunken noodles, you’ll be a pro in no time. Complimentary wine is available to adults during the cooking experience.
Menu:
Siu Mai — Flavorful ground pork and shrimp wrapped in a wonton wrapper and steamed
Bang Bang Shrimp — Crispy shrimp tossed in creamy sriracha sauce
Din Tai Fung Cucumber Salad — Cucumber salad, tossed in rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and chili oil
Summer Rolls — Fresh veggies and herbs wrapped in a rice paper wrapper served with sweet chili sauce
Drunken Noodles with Chicken — Chicken and noodles in a dark brown sauce with veggies
Pricing & Gratuity:
$75 per ticket – all attendees require a ticket. (Yes–you can cook with your partner(s)!)
$155 Chef’s Kitchen for 2
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. (If you’re not in the Chef’s Kitchen, you can still cook with your partner.)
Age Policies:
All attendees require a ticket.
Children under 9 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
Children 9-11 may register in groups of two or more.
Children 12+ may register alone and may be seated with another single ticket holder.
