Winter Lacrosse Workouts for Youth & New Players!
New to lacrosse or still building confidence on the field? Our **Winter Lacrosse Workouts** are the perfect way to learn, grow, and have fun during the off-season—no experience needed!
These sessions focus on the **basics**, skill-building, and teamwork in a positive, supportive environment where players can learn at their own pace.
⭐ What players will work on:
• Fundamental stick skills
• Footwork, balance & coordination
• Age-appropriate strength & conditioning
• Game basics taught in a fun, encouraging way
This is a great opportunity for kids to stay active, make friends, and fall in love with the game while building confidence for the spring season.
